How to authorise a listing in EİDS
The owner grants listing authority only. The authority does not allow a title-deed transaction.
From 2024, a property listing may be published by the owner, their spouse, relatives up to the second degree, or the agency the owner authorises through e-Devlet.
Sign in to e-Devlet and open “EİDS Taşınmaz İlanı Yetkilendirme İşlemleri”. Choose the property, continue, enter the authority number and query it. Check the agency details, choose the end date and save.
The owner sets the end date. When it passes, the authority ends. It can also be withdrawn early from the same service. A spouse or close relative may list in their own name; any other agency listing needs this authorisation.
